Before you write to us, two things make almost every question answerable in seconds.
Check your activity log
console.kleos.click/activity lists every request Kleos has seen from your account, including the ones it refused, with the reason code. A 403 you cannot explain is usually explained there.
Send the request id
Every response carries x-kleos-request-id. With it we can find the exact request; without it we are searching by timestamp and guessing.

If a key has leaked
Revoke it yourself in the console — immediately, before writing to anyone. Revocation takes effect on the next request and needs no approval from us. Then create a replacement and tell us, so we can check what was done with the old one.
